- 03Confectioner’s sugar- 1/2 cup+2 tbsp (100gm)
- 04Cream cheese- 450 gms,on room temperature
- 05Heavy whipping cream- 1/2 cup (125ml),chilled
- 06Vanilla extract- 2 tsp

Grind digestive biscuits into fine powder.

Add butter to biscuit powder and mix well.

Set the biscuit layer in 7” springform pan by pressing it nicely with a spoon or back of a glass and put it in refrigerator.

Add vanilla extract and sugar and whip again until nicely combined.

Fold the cream cheese mixture gently into heavy whipping cream.

Spread this cream layer on top of biscuit layer.

Serve this smooth and creamy vanilla cheesecake with some sprinkles and whipped cream on top.
