Marie Biscuit Cake
Hi Guys, Today I am sharing a very easy Biscuit cake recipe which can only be made in 6 minutes using a microwave. In this recipe I have used Marie biscuits but you can chose any biscuits of your choice. With very less ingredients this recipe is very easy and quick to make during lockdown. As you know how important these days is to stay at home so you don't have to step out of your house to get a cake for your special occasion. So make this cake at home and enjoy with your whole family.

- 01Marie biscuits- 250 gms
- 02Milk- 1 1/2 cup
- 03Sugar- 1/2 cup
- 04Cocoa powder- 1 tbsp (OPTIONAL)
- 05Cooking oil- 1/2 cup
- 06Baking powder- 1 tsp
- 07Eno fruit salt- 1/2 tsp
- 08Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp

Put them in mixing bowl and add sugar and cocoa powder(OPTIONAL) and mix.

Now add milk little by little and keep mixing the batter.

Add cooking oil and whisk nicely untill no lumps remain.

Now add baking powder, eno and vanilla essence and mix well.

Take a microwave safe bowl and grease it with butter and put a parchment paper in the bottom.

Pour cake batter in this bowl and microwave it for 3 minutes and check with a tooth pick.

Let it cool.
